Refund & Cancellation Policy

Matchimony Prime Weddings matches couples with licensed wedding officiants. Because ceremonies require scheduling and reserved time, the following cancellation and refund policies apply.
1. If a couple cancels more than 24 hours before the scheduled ceremony, a 50% refund will be issued.
2. If a couple cancels less than 24 hours before the scheduled ceremony, no refunds will be issued.
3. If a ceremony needs to be rescheduled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, a refund is no longer applicable. However, your ceremony will be rescheduled.
4. If the couple arrives more than 30 minutes late, it is at the Officiant’s discretion to reschedule or cancel the ceremony. No refunds will be given in this case.
